Caribbean Resort Project: Replaced Google Sheets in 3 Days
How we helped a construction project on the island of St. Vincent move from Google Sheets to a proper management system in 3 days.
Problem
An international construction project on the island of St. Vincent (Caribbean) was managed via Google Sheets. Contractors from different countries entered data differently, document versions got mixed up, and responsible parties didn't know which version was current. Financial control was weak — cost overruns were discovered after the fact.
Solution
We built an ERP system for the construction project: unified task and contractor database, budget control, change history. Everyone works in one system — no more versioning chaos.
Process
Day 1: analysis of current spreadsheets, data structure migration. Day 2: task, contractor and budget module development. Day 3: testing, team training, launch.
Result
The project migrated to the new system in 3 days. All contractors work in one shared space. Financial control became transparent — overruns are visible immediately. Spreadsheet version confusion is gone.
“We had a versioning problem with Google Sheets — nobody knew which one was current. Now everything is in one system.”
